All orders are shipped from Orlando, FL via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Fedex Ground usually within 5-7 business days of order placement. Tracking numbers will be emailed at the time of shipment. Most packages shipped within the 48 contiguous states will arrive within 1-5 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60. If express shipping is required, you will be billed the difference between the cost of standard and express shipping.
We currently do not ship internationally.
You will be emailed a tracking number at the time of shipment so your package can be tracked online.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours.
Most unopened products can be returned for a full refund. Products must be completely sealed, unopened, in original packaging, and must be shipped back to at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products, minus original shipping costs. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

In the event that your order arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item(s), please contact us within 48 hours after your order is received.
The Bar Shack accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, money orders / cashier's checks, wire transfers, and Bitcoin on orders over $100 USD.
