Today we made the Yum Yum bar–a vegan recipe with a ‘soft and chewy’ base (fiber syrup, dates, cashew butter). The customer added a variety of vegan protein powders to increase the protein content, as well as pistachios, tart cherries, oats, and cinnamon to add flavor. The bee pollen is relatively tasteless but adds lots of antioxidants.
