Today we made a 12 ingredient vegan protein bar recipe that the customer named ‘Yum Health’.
The base ingredients selected for this bar included:
- Peanut butter
- Tapioca fiber syrup
- Vegan protein blend
To make a more moist texture and add additional flavor, coconut oil and vanilla extract were used.
To add a little crunch to each bite, peanuts, cashews, and chocolate ships were also added.
The sole dried fruit in this recipe was banana, which adds a strong unique taste.
Finally, maca and ginger powder were the two ‘boosters’ in this tasty recipe.
