Today we made a gourmet protein bar recipe that the customer named ‘Victory Ranch’.
This concoction used the ‘soft & datey’ base, with the following primary ingredients:
- Cashew butter
- Raw almond butter
- Brow rice protein
- Pea protein
- Whey protein isolate
This recipe had an above average number of ingredients at 15 in total.
To add sweetness and flavor to the bar extra date paste was added, as well as the following two dried fruit selections:
- Freeze-dried banana
- Thompson raisins
Oats, cocoa butter pieces, and coconut oil all add nutrients and enhance the texture of this creation.
To increase the levels of omega-3 fatty acids, walnuts and hemp hearts were used.
The final ingredients were raw cacao powder and Brazilian coffee–two ingredients that compliment each other nicely.

What to Expect
A sweet, datey experience with plenty of cashew, almond, and coffee flavor. Some ‘earthiness’ thanks to the vegan proteins. A soft texture with some crunchy/chewy bites.
