Today we made a date-based protein bar recipe that the customer named ‘Reece Berry Party’.
This was ‘soft & datey’ creation had dates, peanut butter, pea protein, and brown rice protein as the base selections.
At 15 total ingredients, this bar has a plethora of different flavors and textures.
To ensure a very crispy and crunchy consistency, this customer used pea protein crisps, cacao nibs, peanuts, and hazelnuts.
This bar is full of omega 3 fatty acids and fiber thanks to a combination of flaxseed and chia seed powder.
To add some tartness, a relatively rare combination of unsweetened sour cherries and cranberries were added.
Organic gluten-free oats were also used in this recipe. They add additional fiber and help beef up the consistency of the bars.
To boost flavor, the classic combination of cacao powder and vanilla extract were the final selections in this recipe.

Expect a hint of ‘earthiness’, with plenty of peanut butter flavor. The dates will contribute quite a bit of sweetness and a smooth consistency. Plenty of crisp and crunch thanks to the pea protein crisps, cacao nibs, peanuts, and hazelnut pieces.
The sour cherries and cranberries are tart, so watch out!
