Today we made the ‘Pilates Power Bar’-a vegan ‘soft & chewy’ textured protein bar recipe created by a customer.
This was a simple concoction with a total of only 9 ingredients. We’ve found that recipes with minimal ingredients with an emphasis on specific flavor often turn out to be the best.
The base of this recipe consisted of the following four ingredients:
- Organic cashew butter
- Fiber syrup
- Organic date paste
- Organic brown rice protein
- Organic coconut flour
The only additional ingredients in ‘Pilates Power Bar’ were:
- Brown rice crisps (to increase crispiness)
- Coconut oil (to add flavor and healthy fats)
- Vanilla extract (flavor)
- Sea salt (flavor)

What to Expect
A mildly sweet cashew buttery/datey experience with a hint of coconut flavor. Vanilla and sea salt add a nice finishing touch on the flavor. Soft, chewy, and crispy (brown rice crisps). No crunchy ingredients.
