Today we made ‘Pam’s Honey Cashew’ protein bar. This ‘soft & chewy’ bar contains only 7 ingredients with cashew butter, clover honey, and whey isolate making up the base.
Additional ingredients the customer added include cashews and almonds to add some crunch/flavor, as well as brown rice crisps to kick up the level of crispiness.
The final ingredient added was bee pollen–a popular choice for those interesting in adding a nice boost of antioxidants.
