Today we made another ‘soft & chewy’ protein bar recipe that used cashew butter, clover honey, dates, and coconut flour as the core ingredients.
This vegan recipe, that the customer named ‘Mine’, has 12 delicious ingredients.

Adding dried fruit is a way to increase nutritional content and boost flavor, and in this recipe, the customer chose to add both organic sour cherries and goji berries.
