Today’s protein bar recipe was named ‘Gotta Run!’ by the customer.
This vegan ‘soft & nutty/seedy’ creation used a combination of three different nut butters (almond, cashew, peanut), along with three vegan powders (brown rice protein, pea protein, and coconut flour). Fiber syrup was the sole binding ingredient used.
To boost the levels of crispiness and crunchiness of the bar, the customer chose organic brown rice crisps as well as chopped pecans and almonds.
In order to add flavor and increase sweetness, chocolate chips, vanilla, and freeze-dried blueberries were also selected.
The final ‘boosters’ that were used were cacao and guarana powders–two very popular energy boosting options.

What to Expect
A peanut dominant nutty coffee flavor with an ‘earthy’ tone. Nice crispy/crunchy texture. Cacao, vanilla, and chocolate chips will add a hint of sweetness and chocolate flavor.
