Today we made a protein bar called ‘CYCLONE CRUNCH’.
For this recipe, the customer chose the ‘soft & chewy’ option with a combination date paste, clover honey, cashew butter, and whey isolate.
Oats, flaxseeds, chia seeds, blueberries, and goji berries were also added. These ingredients enhance the flavor and texture.
To really kick things up a notch, four booster ingredients were added. Vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, and wheatgrass not only add major flavor, but also some significant nutritional benefits.
