Description

Today we made a ‘soft & nutty/seedy’ textured protein bar called ‘Coffee Cacao Crisp’. The bar is 261 calories with 17g fat, 18g carbohydrates (1g sugar), and 14g protein. It also contains about 8g of fiber per bar, which is quite high.

The customer chose a combination of cashew butter, brown rice protein, and fiber syrup as their base ingredients. To add texture and crunch, they selected hemp hearts, cacao nibs, and brown rice crisps. To make sure the bar lived up to its name and really burst with flavor, they added ground coffee, cacao powder, and vanilla extract.
