Description

Today we made a bar called ‘Chocobutter protein’. This customer went with the the ‘soft & chewy’ base combining peanut butter, fiber syrup, dates, and sunflower seed butter. A mixture of whey isolate, pea protein, and brown rice protein were added to boost protein levels to about 15 grams per bar.

Pea protein crisps and cacao nibs were added for their crunchy texture, while chia seeds, maca and flaxseed powders boost fiber and omega 3’s and contribute a plethora of other powerful compounds. To ensure explosive flavor, the customer also went with tried and true combo of vanilla, cacao, and sea salt which work well in just about any bar concoction.
